This voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Please quote the gift voucher ID reference when you book. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 48 hours after the purchase date. Advance spa reservations are essential and subject to availability. If you need to cancel your booking, we accept cancellations up to 14 days prior to your spa day and amendments up to seven days prior. Spa day bookings cannot be cancelled or amended with less than seven days’ notice and will incur a full charge. Valid at any HarSPA location excluding Harbour Beach Club.
