The perfect accompaniment? A trio of mini Silent Pool cocktails, including a Silent Bellini mixed with their classic gin and strawberry purée, Bergamot Elixir with their Rare Citrus Gin and Italicus Liqueur, and lastly a Moonlight Rose with a Rose Expression Gin, lavender, rose and chamomile tea.
